Raspberry Lemon Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. light cream
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Combine eggs, cream, oil and lemon extract.
Stir in dry ingredients until moistened.
Pour in lined muffin cups.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
Yields 1 1/2 dozen muffins.
