Fat-Free Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. Raisin Bran or Fruit & Fibre cereal or oatmeal
    3 Tbsp. apple butter or applesauce
    cinnamon to taste (about 1 Tbsp.)
    1 c. water (to mix)
Preparation
    Spray muffin tins or loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 24.
    Can be reheated in microwave oven.
