Small Polenta - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. polenta
3 c. water
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Moisten corn meal in water.
Boil water, then add salt.
Add polenta mixed with water.
So it will not lump, keep mixing until right texture.
