Delmonico Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. partly cooked potatoes, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Combine salt, flour, milk, butter and pepper to make cream sauce.
    Over low heat stir constantly until just ready to boil. Place diced potatoes in greased casserole alternately with cheese, ending with cheese.
    Pour sauce over all.
    Sprinkle paprika over top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven one hour.
