Beef Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    2 lb. ground round hamburger
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1/4 tsp. mustard seed
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine and form into a roll; wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Puncture foil with fork all over roll.
    Place on rack over pan of water and place in oven.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    After cooled, slice to serve on crackers, if desired.
    Store in refrigerator when not eating.
