Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. boned breasts
    1 slightly beaten egg
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in a baking dish.
    Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
    Beat chicken to tenderize.
    Dip in egg, then crumbs and place in a baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn meat and continue baking 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Combine tomato sauce, oregano and sugar.
    Heat just to boiling, stirring frequently.
    Pour over meat.
    Top with cheese.
    Melt cheese in oven about 3 minutes.
    Serves 3.
