Jelly Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. milk or water
3 eggs, beaten light
1 c. flour, sifted with 2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bake in thin sheet pan (that has been greased and floured). Turn out on damp white cloth.
Spread with jelly and roll at once.
Trim end crust off ends.
Turn out on wax paper that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar and roll.
