Real Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head lettuce, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
1 bunch parsley, chopped
4 large potatoes, peeled and diced (about 2 lb.)
1/2 lb. bacon
1 c. cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop and combine the lettuce, onions and parsley in a large bowl.
Peel and dice potatoes; cook until tender and drain.
Add to lettuce combination.
Chop bacon and fry until crisp.
Add cider vinegar and heat until boiling.
Pour over potato mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 6 servings.
