Ingredients

4 c. cooked peas
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. light cream or milk
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
salt, oil, bacon yeast or Smokene
Preparation

Saute onion in 1 tablespoon fat, then blend in flour and seasoning.
Add cream gradually and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add peas and mushrooms and heat.
Serve over toast triangles.
