Birthday Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. water
    4 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 egg
    2/3 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil water and sugar until syrupy 1 minute, then cool.
    Beat sugar and egg.
    Add syrup; beat 2 minutes.
    Add Crisco and vanilla and beat until creamy.
