Fettuce Fontinella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 lb. Colavita flavored egg fettuce
    1 c. Fontinella, grated
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In a saucepan, saute 2 tablespoons butter with garlic and mushrooms until soft.
    Set aside.
    In another saucepan melt 1/4 cup butter; stir in flour to make paste.
    Slowly stir in milk. Remove from heat.
    Stir in mushrooms, pepper, fontinella and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese.
    Pour over cooked fettuce.
    Top with rest of grated Parmesan cheese.
