Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe persimmon
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Add all liquid ingredients; mix well. Pour into a 9 x 15-inch pan.
Bake until brown at 350\u00b0.
