Coney Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger, fried
    1/2 gal. catsup
    3/4 c. chili powder
    3/4 c. mustard
    1/8 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 chopped onion
    parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage or hamburger
    6 hamburger buns
    6 slices process cheese
Preparation
    Combine tomato sauce, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Cook until thick, about 10 minutes.
    Brown sausage; break into small pieces with a fork.
    Spoon a tablespoonful of warm tomato sauce into each bun, then a spoonful of meat.
    Top with a slice of cheese.
    Brown open buns in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
