Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 bunch green onions, diced
    pecans, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix softened cream cheese, green onions and mayonnaise and a handful of finely chopped pecans.
    Form into a ball.
    Roll in finely chopped pecans to cover outside.
    Wrap in waxed paper. Chill.
    Serve on crackers.
    Cheese ball can be easily reshaped for another use and look freshly made.
