Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. broccoli, cut up
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. oleo
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
4 oz. American or Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 can celery soup
Preparation

Cook until tender broccoli and onion.
Drain.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper; add milk and cook until thickened.
Add chicken broth and celery soup.
Add broccoli and cook.
Add cheese.
Cook until cheese is melted.
