Shrimp Lovers Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. picante sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. beef or chicken broth
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 1/2 c. yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 1/2 c. zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic in oil in large pan until tender.
    Add picante sauce, tomato sauce, broth and seasonings; boil.
    Stir in yellow squash; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in shrimp and zucchini.
    Cover and continue to simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp is cooked and vegetables are tender.
    Ladle into bowls. Add additional picante sauce.
    Serves 5.
