Hummus(Lebanese) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans chickpeas, put through blender
1 small clove garlic (for each can chickpeas)
1 pt. jar tahini
juice of 3 to 4 lemons
salt and white pepper
dash of garlic salt
Preparation

Add garlic to chickpeas.
Blend well.
Ingredients may be cut in half.
Use mixer to blend all ingredients.
Serve with pita bread or crackers.
