After-School Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) flour tortilla
    2 1/2 Tbsp. no-salt tomato sauce
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
    2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place tortilla on a baking sheet coated with vegetable cooking spray.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
    Turn tortilla.
    Spread tomato sauce evenly over tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around edge. Sprinkle with onion, oregano and cheeses.
    Bake an additional 5 minutes or until golden.
    Cut into 4 wedges.
