Ground Beef And Potato Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. salad dressing
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Pat onto 14 x 18-inch rectangle of waxed paper.
    Combine remaining ingredients and spread over meat.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion.
    Chill several hours.
    Slice into 6 servings.
    Bake on rack of broiler pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
