Potato Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes, cooked, drained and mashed
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Let potatoes cool. Add cheese, Take one spoonful and roll until it is 5 or 6-inches long.
    Dip into beaten egg. Fry in hot oil until brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Serves 4.
