Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine
    eggs, salt and milk.
    Add enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll very thin on floured surface.
    Let stand 20 minutes. Roll up and slice 1/8-inch thick; spread out and let dry 2 hours. Drop into
    chicken\tor beef broth and cook until tender.
