Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti (use half)
    1 1/4 c. finely chopped onion (1 c. sauteed)
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chopped green bell pepper (optional)
    5 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken
    4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    2 (103/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) soup can of milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Break spaghetti in half and cook as directed on package until al dente; drain.
    Saut onions in margarine.
    Thoroughly mix onions and remaining ingredients with spaghetti in a large bowl. Put in a baking dish (13 x 9).
    Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 12 servings.
