Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated raw potatoes (4 to 5 potatoes)
    1 medium onion, grated
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and onions and grate into bowl.
    Beat eggs; add to potato-onion mixture.
    Add salt, flour and baking powder.
    Mix well.
    Spoon mixture onto hot greased skillet.
    Fry on both sides until browned.
    Can be served plain, with sour cream or applesauce.
