Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs or 6 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. scalding hot milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly.
    Beat in sugar, salt, nutmeg, flour, vanilla and milk.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and cook about 25 minutes.
