Rice Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large eggs
1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. rice (1 1/2 c. cooked)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 pt. light cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 can crushed, drained pineapple
Preparation

Beat all together, then add rice.
Line a 10-inch deep-dish pan with a thin crust or spray with cooking spray.
Pour in filling and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is set.
