Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. mushrooms
2 large green peppers
2 large onions, chopped
Italian bread crumbs
grated Romano cheese
1 lb. sausage, minced in processor
olive oil
Preparation
-
Saute peppers and onions in olive oil.
Cook sausage.
Add sausage to green peppers and onions.
Add Italian bread crumbs. Remove stems from mushrooms.
Stuff with filling.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
