Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
    pepper and salt
Preparation
    Boil macaroni with salt to taste according to package.
    In a saucepan, melt butter.
    Add flour and pepper
    (to taste), then add milk.
    When white sauce is thick, add cubed cheese.
    Pour cheese sauce over macaroni in a baking dish; mix well.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
