Glazed Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pecan nuts
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, water, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Cover and bring to a soft-ball boil stage. Let set for a few minutes. Add pecans and separate on waxed paper. Toast pecans in the oven for 8 minutes at 350\u00b0. Easy!!!
