Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
    shredded Mexican Velveeta cheese
    onion (if desired)
    bell pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Crush bag of chips into small pieces.
    Line bottom of pan with chips, saving a little of the chips.
