Cheese Potatoes Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes, pared
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp
    1 onion, sliced
    2 c. sharp American cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. butter or oleo (small slices)
Preparation
    Pare and slice potatoes.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Add bacon, onion, cheese and butter.
    Place all ingredients on large piece of foil; seal and place in Pyrex dish.
    Bake approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
