Cornflake Indian Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    2 c. cornflakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Stir once in a while. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
