Crock-Pot Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut into pieces
    flour, salt and pepper
    1 medium onion, sliced
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and flour steak;
    brown in oil.
    Drain off fat. Place
    meat in crock-pot with onion on top.
    Mix seasonings
    with tomato sauce and pour over meat.
    Cover and cook on low
    setting 8 or more hours.
    Add a small amount of water if necessary.
    Serve with noodles or spaghetti.
