Ingredients

1/2 lb. washed dried spinach, torn in bite-size (4 c.)
1 small Bermuda onion, sliced
1/4 c. diced celery
4 hard-cooked eggs
Preparation

Toss vegetables and eggs together.
Chill before serving. Toss with Garlic Dressing.
