Pumpkin-Maple Pie - cooking recipe

1/2 Pkg (15 oz) refrigerated pie crusts
1 can (15 oz) solid-pack pumpkin
1 can (12 oz) evaporated whole milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. maple extract
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prepare piecrust according to package directions for a single-crust pie, using a 9-inch pie pan.
Whisk together pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger and maple extract until smooth.
Pour into prepared piecrust.
Bake pie 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Transfer pie to wire rack and cool completely.
