"Captain'S Catfish Stew" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. catfish
    2 lb. fat back
    4 qt. tomatoes
    7 or 8 large onions, chopped
    8 lb. potatoes, diced
    1 lb. butter
    1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1 can tomato sauce or paste
    salt/pepper to taste
    1 gal. milk
    more milk if needed
Preparation
    Prepare catfish for stew.
    Put fish in big pot with remainder of ingredients and cook until tender and done.
    Heavenly!
