Speedy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    2 1/2 c. flour
    4 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Stir the water, sugar, salt and yeast to dissolve yeast.
    Add the eggs, shortening and 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Beat with mixer until smooth.
    Add 4 cups sifted flour and knead until smooth.
    Let rise.
    Punch down.
    Shape into buns.
    Let rise.
    Makes about 4 dozen rolls, small size.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
