Raw Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tubes crescent rolls
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Original Ranch Style salad dressing mix
    3/4 c. each: chopped green peppers, green onions, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and tomatoes
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (to be used later)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cover bottom of pan (11 x 17-inch) with crescent rolls stretched to fit pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes, or until brown.
    Let cool thoroughly.
