Verlyn Ketchers Nacho Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 box Betty Crocker Julienne Potato Mix
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 c. sliced black olives
    2 c. milk
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
Preparation
    In 3-quart saucepan, combine water, tomatoes, corn and dry potato mix; bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes, until potatoes are done.
    Stir in chicken, cheese and olives; stir to melt the cheese.
    Add milk until heated thoroughly.
    Serve over tortilla chips.
    Serves 6.
