Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 c. pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add sugar, butter, syrup, vanilla and dash of salt, gradually beating each ingredient until blended. Pour into shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
