Nacho Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 to 1/2 (12 oz.) jar El Paso picante salsa (hot)
    1 block Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cut up cheese into small pieces.
    Place into 2 x 10-inch dish with lid.
    Melt cheese and sauce together with water.
    Stir often. Microwave or stove top.
    Serves 20.
