Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup
2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut up
1/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0; shake all in a plastic bag and place on roasting pan.
Bake for 40 minutes and turn occasionally.
Roast whole chicken, then place potatoes around chicken.
