Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 lb. frozen French fries
Preparation

Melt butter; add 1 tablespoon butter with corn flakes.
Set aside.
Stir salt, pepper and flour with remaining butter; add milk.
Cook until thickened.
Add French fries.
Pour into casserole dish.
Top with corn flakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Use large casserole.
