Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing
    1 pt. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    2 c. unsifted flour
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    1 qt. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Mix salt, pepper and dressing.
    Divide into 2 equal portions. Make batter of buttermilk, eggs and half the salt, pepper and dressing.
    Mix remaining seasonings into flour.
    Soak chicken in milk mixture.
    Roll in flour until coated.
    Fry in hot oil for about 20 minutes.
