Taco Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. beer
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    chopped hot red pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Add taco seasoning.
    Stir in water, beer, tomato paste and hot pepper.
    Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Stir in grated Cheddar.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes. Freezes well.
    Reheat in oven or microwave.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
