Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. pecan halves

Preparation

Beat egg whites stiff; add brown sugar and vanilla and beat again.
Dip pecan halves in egg whites and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 250\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Cut heat off and leave in oven for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool before placing in storage container.
