Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. country sausage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. onion (optional)
    2 Tbsp. celery (optional)
    2 Tbsp. green pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. milk
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Jiffy biscuit mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage for 15 minutes.
    Add vegetables and cook 15 minutes; drain.
    Set aside.
    Mix 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup with sausage.
