Italian Sausage And Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    pastry for 2-crust pie (10-inch)
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown sausage and onion until brown (done).
    In a large mixing bowl mix the following:
    sausage, onion, spinach, cheese, Ricotta cheese, garlic, pepper and eggs until well blended.
    Pour this into pie crust.
    Top with other pie shell and flute.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
