Quick Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef with onion and minced garlic; season with salt.
    Warm tomato soup in saucepan or skillet large enough to soften tortillas in.
    Add tortillas.
    Put 3 tablespoons of meat mixture in each tortilla and roll up tightly. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour remaining soup over enchiladas and top with cheese.
    Bake approximately 20 minutes, until cheese melts.
