Bojangles Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. powdered sugar
    1/3 c. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together. Blend in Crisco and buttermilk. Knead about 5 minutes. Roll 1 1/2-inches thick on floured surface. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on greased baking pan. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
