Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, diced
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
pinch of salt
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
-
Mix rhubarb, sugar and flour together gently.
Add milk, egg and salt.
Ladle into pie shell.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes (until custard sets).
